Federated network membership for declared CCTs and applicants
Corporate Elevate is the operating tech layer for Australian community foundations running Community Charity Trusts. We route corporate ESG capital to your CCT, manage your delivery partner network, and produce AASB S1-mappable disclosure outputs your corporate sub-funders can stand behind.
If you're a declared CCT
37 community foundations are declared as Community Charity Trusts as of February 2026. The new powers (receive PAF/PuAF capital, hold endowment, grant to non-DGRs, contract delivery partners under CADA) are operationalised by software — and most existing foundation tech wasn't built for it.
Corporate Elevate runs your CCT operations: corporate sub-fund administration, ADV-coordinated delivery partner network, CADA agreement generation, outcomes data capture, and the AASB S1 disclosure pack your corporate sub-funders need.
If you're preparing a CCT application
The ministerial declaration mechanism allows additional foundations to be added beyond the initial 37. Corporate Elevate can support your application preparation: governance documentation, charitable-purpose mapping, delivery-partner network documentation.
Run your existing PuAF + auspice arrangements on the platform today. The day your CCT declaration lands, the routing flips automatically — no migration. Existing corporate sub-funders carry across.
What you get
- Corporate sub-fund administration — multiple sub-funds within your CCT, branded per corporate, separate advisory committees, isolated reporting.
- Delivery partner network management — register non-DGR delivery partners, generate CADA agreements (gift-plus-service-agreement under Guidelines s 13(3)(b)), track program outcomes.
- Asset Deployment Vehicle support — operate ADVs under your CCT for asset finance and pooled procurement programs.
- AASB S1 disclosure pack production — outcomes data captured to the four AASB S1 pillars; supports limited/reasonable assurance under the emerging regime.
- Public CCT directory — your foundation listed at elevate.gift/community-charity-trusts, with charitable-purpose explainer and delivery partner highlights.
Pricing
Foundation-side platform access is included as part of corporate sub-fund engagements. A foundation hosting a corporate sub-fund pays no platform fee directly — the corporate covers the platform service fee separately from gift proceeds.
For foundations operating multiple corporate sub-funds, we offer a federated network arrangement with shared methodology licensing.
